Conner’s background in financial management, enterprise risk management, employee ownership and technology will help guide Ulteig’s growth across the Lifeline Sectors® of Power, Renewables, Transportation and Water. 

Conner currently serves as board chair for Pariveda Solutions, an employee-owned strategy and technology professional services firm. Additionally, she sits on the board of FGM Architects, an employee-owned architecture and interior design firm, where she chairs the audit, finance and risk committee. Previously, Susan worked as chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operating officer (COO) of Daegis, Inc., as CFO of Zix Corporation and executive vice president and CFO of Pegasus Solutions, Inc. Foundational to Conner’s global business acumen, corporate governance knowledge, and strategy and risk management insights is her early career where she served as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Conner’s experience navigating acquisitions and transformation across technology-driven and employee-owned organizations reflects the qualities Ulteig sought in its newest board member as it continues to scale its business and expand its market presence.

Conner earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and served on the McCombs School of Business accounting advisory council. She is a Texas licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Private Directors Association and the Texas Society of CPAs.
